If you need to cancel your order after you have accepted the Terms and Conditions, your order will be subject to a non-negotiable 25% cancellation fee, in addition to any costs charged by the shipping carrier to stop or return the shipment.
Cavalieri Flooring accepts returns or exchanges for most eligible products within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Before requesting a return or exchange, please review the following requirements and contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
A 25% non-negotiable restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Products returned without a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Cavalieri Flooring will not be refunded or exchanged.
Any opened product or items included in a return that were not approved in the return authorization will not be refunded.

All flooring materials must be inspected before installation. Installation of the product constitutes acceptance of the material.
Customers should verify that the product is correct and free of visible defects prior to installation.
Cavalieri Flooring cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any flooring that has been installed, cut, or modified in any way.

Clearance flooring products are sold AS-IS and are subject to the following conditions.
Customers must inspect flooring materials immediately upon delivery for visible defects, damage, or discrepancies. Flooring must be inspected before installation.
All clearance flooring products are sold without warranty, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Clearance flooring products cannot be returned due to perceived defects or quality concerns. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product meets their requirements before installation.
If flooring materials are damaged during shipping, customers must contact Cavalieri Flooring within 4 days of delivery.
If an incorrect product was delivered due to our error, please contact Cavalieri Flooring within 4 days of delivery to arrange a return or replacement. Product availability is not guaranteed.
All clearance items are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted except in cases where an incorrect product was shipped by Cavalieri Flooring.
Cavalieri Flooring reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Customers should review the return policy provided at the time of purchase.
